We are seeing a higher number of tooling requirements for the EV (Electric Vehicle) market as demand slips away from the more traditional internal combustion engine marketplace.
Our Automotive tooling is manufactured from fully hardened H13 steel, which ensures consistency in regards to the quality of the moulded part being produced by these tools. From multi cavity, through to family tooling, through to large single impression tools, we are able to cover every option for the automotive sector. With Hot Runner technology, we are able to provide tooling for single shot as well as twin shot moulding, with the build quality to cope with a multitude of polymers.

Before a tool leaves our factory, a comprehensive trial takes place to ensure the tooling is 100% perfect, and the parts that the tool produces meet the exact specification of the part design. All of our Automotive mould tools come with our standard 500,000 shot warranty.
Before any steel is cut, we will complete full DFM and Mould Flow Analysis to ensure that the tool design is perfect for the application, and we are able to add the specific texture to the finished tool to give the perfect effect on the moulded product.
